Camp Registration
We are excited to welcome your child to Polyglot Explorers Summer Camp 2026!
Registration is completed in two easy steps.
Step 1: Complete the Registration Form

Step 2: Submit Your Payment
Your child’s registration is confirmed only after both the registration form and the required payment have been received.
Payment method: Zelle to Polyglotexplorers
Zelle payment instructions are provided in the registration form.
At the time of registration, the following payments are due:

A $75 non-refundable registration fee

50% of the total camp tuition

The remaining tuition balance must be paid by the deadline indicated for your selected registration rate.
Please include the following information in the Zelle payment memo:
Child’s full name – Continent - Camp week(s)
Important Payment Information
Before Care and After Care are optional services and are charged separately.
All payments are non-refundable, including the registration fee, camp tuition, Before Care fees, and After Care fees.
Camp Schedule
Camp hours: 9:00 a.m.–3:15 p.m.
Before Care: 7:30 a.m.–9:00 a.m.
After Care: 3:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m.

Registration Confirmation
Once we have received your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps and additional camp information.
